To the true golf lover, the game is freedom — a walk through nature, a test of spirit, and a lifelong pursuit of the perfect round. It's the dream of trading the office for fairways and spending every sunrise on the tee box. Golf Bum, a book by Johnny Vacay, follows Patrick Koenig's epic journey to play more courses in one year than anyone ever has — 580 courses, breaking a Guinness World Record.
